Questions we get asked
Is the mask tight on the head?
Its strap is covered in silk and doesn’t squeeze. It measures 20 × 8.5 cm, wide enough to cover your eyes without pressing on them.
How do I know it’s real silk?
The label should say 100% mulberry silk. “Satin” is a weave, not a material: most satin products are polyester.
What if I don’t like it?
