How can I tell real silk?
The label should say “100% mulberry silk”. The word “satin” describes a weave, not a material: most satin pillowcases are polyester. To the touch, silk feels cool at first and quickly warms against your skin, and it breathes.
What size is the pillowcase?
65 × 65 cm, the standard square pillow size in France. Measure your pillow before ordering: the pillowcase needs to match its size to close without pulling.
Does the mask stay on at night?
It measures 20 × 8.5 cm and its strap is covered in silk, so it stays on without squeezing or pulling your hair.
Are the colours exactly like the photos?
Colours may vary slightly from one screen to another. Some of our photos are edited to show the same product in each colour, based on the real colour of the fabric.
Care
How do I wash silk?
By hand or machine at 30 °C, in a laundry bag, on a delicate cycle, with a pH-neutral detergent and no fabric softener. Dry flat, out of direct sunlight. No tumble dryer.
Can I iron silk?
If needed, at a very low temperature, on the reverse side and on dry fabric.

Is shipping free?
Yes, for orders of €65 or more in France.
What if I don't like the product?
You have 30 days after delivery to write to us and get a refund, no questions asked. Return shipping is at your expense unless the product is faulty.
