Shipping Policy

Delivery zones

We deliver to Metropolitan France, Belgium, Luxembourg (to be adjusted).

Delivery times

• Processing : 1 to 2 business days after payment is confirmed.
• Transit : X to Y business days.
• Estimated total time : X to Y business days after ordering.

Shipping costs

• France: €4.90 — free for orders of €65 or more.
• Other destinations: to be completed.
• Exact costs are shown before payment.

Tracking

A tracking number is sent by email as soon as your order ships. It may take 2 to 5 days before tracking is updated for the first time: this is normal and does not mean the parcel is stuck.

Delays, lost or damaged parcels

If your parcel is unusually late, contact us at contact@lysse.fr with your order number: we will open an investigation with the carrier. If the parcel is declared lost, we will reship it or refund you in full, as you prefer. If the parcel arrives damaged, send us photos within 48 hours of receipt.

An incomplete or incorrect delivery address entered by the Customer may cause a delay or a return to sender; reshipping may then be charged.

Customs duties

Choose one option and delete the other: (a) Any customs duties and import taxes are covered by LYSSE: no additional charges will be requested on delivery. — (b) For deliveries outside the European Union, customs duties may apply and are payable by the recipient.
